        Vows Spoken By Couple In Sidney Church

        White gladioli decorated the altar for the wedding of Miss Inez Margreth Peterson of Sidney and G. Mitchell Morris, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Mitchell Morris, 631 Lewis Avenue, in the First Congregational church in Sidney last Saturday evening. The candlelight ceremony was conducted by the Rev. Otto S. Fiessel.

        The bride, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. I. J. Peterson of Sidney, was given in marriage by her father. She wore a white dressmaker suit with black accessories and a headband of white daisies. Her corsage was of orchids. The maid of honor Miss Alice Peterson, twin sister of the bride, wore a gray gabardine suit with matching accessories and an orchid corsage. David E. Ellison of Olympia, Wash., brother-in-law of the bridegroom was best man.

        Nuptial music was played by Mrs. Alvin Krey, organist, "Through The Years" was sung by Walter Quilling, who was accompanied by Mrs. Krey.

        A buffet supper preceded the ceremony, with a reception following at the bride's home.

        Mrs. Morris is a graduate of Sidney high school and the University of Minnesota, and is a member of Alpha Kappa Gamma, professional sorority.

        Mr. Morris, who served with the navy during the war, is a graduate of Billings high school and the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity and Phi Beta Kappa, national honorary scholastic society. He is associated with the American Rolling Mill Company.

        Following a honeymoon in western Montana, the couple will reside in Havre. The bride's traveling ensemble was a gray suit with black velvet accessories.

        Hemorrhage Is Fatal to Resident

        Mrs. Inez Margareth Morris, 29, of the Stratford Apartments died Thursday night in a local hospital of a cerebral hemorrhage.

        She was born at Glendive Feb. 19, 1925, attended Sidney schools and later was a student at Hamline University at St. Paul and the University of Minnesota at which she majored in dental hygiene.

        Mrs. Morris was married Aug. 9, 1947, at Sidney to G. Mitchell Morris of Billings and had lived here since March, 1930. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, the American Dental Hygeinist Assn. and the Congregational Church.

        Her husband survives, as do her step-father and mother, Dr. and Mrs. I. J. Peterson of Sidney. Other survivors include two sister, Mrs. Richard Hazen of Medicine Lake and Dolores of the home address, and three brothers, Leon Morrison of Chula Vista, Calif., Gordon Morrison and Ivan Peterson Jr., both of Sidney.

        The body is at Smith's Funeral Home.

        Rites Conducted For Local Resident

        Funeral services were held Monday morning at Smith's Funeral chapel for Mrs. Inez Margareth Morris, 29, who died Thursday. The Rev. Kirk M. Dewey, associate pastor of the First Congregational Church, officiated.

        Hobert Brunsvoid, accompanied by Mrs. Robert H. Leonard, sang "In the Garden" and "The Lord's Prayer."

        Pallbearers were Owen F. Bateman, Jerry B. Dean, John R. Greene, Murray McBride, John B. Rossetto and Phillip M. Sasieh.

        Entombment was in the Billings Community mausoleum.

        Mrs. Morris is survived by two brothers, a half-brother, and two half-sisters.
