I hereby certify that on the 13 day of March, 1937 at Long Beach in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, under authority of a license issued by L. E. Lampton, County Clerk of said county, I, the undersigned, as a Minister M. E. Church joined in marriage Leon Ivan Winter and Annarose Irene Winter in the presence of Robert Yingling residing at Long Beach, California and Margaret Winter residing at Long Beach, California, who witnessed the ceremony.

Signature of person solemnizing marriage.
Again, Leon’s middle name should read as Inar. Also, his surname was incorrectly put as Winter here. The “to be given to the parties married” copy of the certificate of marriage (which my mother has) has his correct surname.
